A Panel Discussion
Violence and threats to safety within the healthcare setting have becoming increasingly commonplace. Repeated exposure to these situations is contributing to stress and burnout of the healthcare workforce. This panel will address multiple aspects of this problem and potential solutions to include behavioral health strategies, safety and security tactics, and efforts focused on employee safety and resilience.
